Trey, while it definitely is our intent to make sure we meet expectations of all our clients, we apologize if we failed you. However we do not have you listed as a client in our dealership. However I think you visited with someone who was looking at a unit within our group, per your comment, you are correct the unit was in our Louisiana store. If a member of our team shared with you it was in South Carolina, as being the General Manager of Classic Ford Lincoln, again I apologize on behalf of Classic Ford Lincoln, however I spent time with you and the person that was actually attempting to purchase the unit and clarified where the unit was, and yes we do charge to bring units from Louisiana as was explained on the quote, we often flatbed the units on a truck and that charge is communicated to our clients. I take responsibility, if you feel that our staff was unprofessional, but when I met you and the person attempting to purchase, the conversation was strictly about the financial difference, in which we could not meet the expectations you requested, and unfortunately for us, sometimes the process does not end like we wish. Lastly you mentioned you made a comment about carbon fiber on one of our cars, I am not sure what the comment you made was, because you did not specify??? However with that being said, no one on our staff should respond the way you said they did, that is totally unacceptable. While I do not like the feedback, because in some areas we should have been better, but I can appreciate your honesty, this helps us become better at what we do, to ensure every customers experience is the best it can be.
