The Madison by Humboldt

I've lived at Madison by Humboldt going on 9 years now. I absolutely love it here. I'm on the side that's on Earl Rd, so it's a smaller little complex, and I absolutely love that factor as everyone knows one another. It's very quiet, and most neighbors are very respectful of one another, which is a huge plus living in an apartment complex. The property mgr and Mike "The Maintenance Man" is always there when or if there's a maintenance problem. Madison is convenient to Hwy 74, Walmart is just across the Hwy, Ingles is just down the road, there's Holly Oak Park that has a ball field, covered picnic tables, two ponds and a playground. There's three convenient stores, KFC, Starbucks, and a pizza joint that offers buffet every day and all are within walking distance. It's a very good location. If you're lucky enough to get an apartment here, you'll never want to leave!! It's been a truly wonderful place for me to have made this place my "home"! I love it here and so will you!!

I am very pleased with my 2 year experience at Madison Park. Quiet & peaceful place. Perfect for someone who likes a nice, clean, & safe environment. Havent had any problems or confusion since Ive been here. What I was presented is exactly what I got. Would definitely recommend Madison Park.

Renting Madison Park for about 6 months. Was constantly on the phone with Nancy or in her absence the people that was doing her job . It was constantly over the neighbor and her and her daughter's loud music, which was a breach of their lease agreement. It got to the point that we had to start finding another place to live or bust her door down from beating on it too much. Mike who handled the maintenance told me that they a problem with these people over the years. You leave before your lease is up and they hunt you down for their money despite the fact if they would have tossed them out might still be there. Word to the wise, go buy a house. My mortgage is cheaper than my rent was.
