        My go to place for physical therapy. John worked on my knee after surgery and Melissa is currently working on my shoulder after surgery.Both really love working with their patients and answer all your concerns.Front desk is very professional and friendly. Would give 6 stars if possible.

        I am so thankful to have found John and BenchMark PT. In addition to having some chronic spine issues, I had started physical therapy with John after receiving some unfortunate news about an early onset degenerative hip condition that is at an advanced stage for someone my age. Depressing news for sure; but having worked with John over the last several months, not only do I physically feel a LOT better, but I now understand how to keep myself as strong as possible in order to stave off further degeneration & live as pain free as possible. Having this knowledge has also helped improve the mental aspect of this issue as well. I'm truly thankful to John and the entire staff at BenchMark. I can't recommend them highly enough.

        When I started physical therapy I walked with a limp. After just three weeks I no longer limp, I can walk through the grocery store and my balance has greatly improved. I have had physical therapy at other places and just didn't seem to get any better. If you're needing therapy I highly recommend Benchmark of Shallotte. Not only is the staff friendly and caring, but they are extremely knowledgeable for the fastest healing and best results. If I should ever need physical therapy again, Benchmark is where I will go .
