I became an HOA president early last year. I selected Solitude as our new lake management service provider as one of my first decisions. I have been VERY pleased with two different technicians assigned to our account. They are very knowledgeable and able to articulate specifically the services they are providing to our HOA. We receive excellent descriptions of specific work performed on each visit to our property. I especially appreciate how well they identify themselves as service providers when they encounter our residents!

Very professional and reliable. Service tech always texts me when hes on his way to service our pond and afterwards to let me know what he did!

I have had the pleasure of working with Solitude for over 7 years since I have been the Association Manager for the Waterford Master Residential Association in Leland, NC. As with all companies there are bumps in the road when staff changes. I want to share a shout out for Trent Nelson who has always gone the extra mile for Waterford. Most recently when balls were dropped he stepped up to the plate to provide the personal on site service to help get things back on track. He is real asset to Solitude and Waterford. Thank you Trent!!!!

For the last year and a half Collin was our guy that took great care of our pond,we hated to lose him! He always called to inform me about what he did and called to tell me when he was coming. Good guy!!. Wes is our new pond guy and I'm sure he will carry on the good work to keep our pond looking good!
