        I go to this McDonalds frequently because it is the closest to me. I normally dont post negative reviews since I know people have bad days, however every single time I have been to this McDonalds over the past few months the service has been horrible and I have waited over 20 minutes for something as simple as hashbrowns and a coke. On several occasions I have been at the menu waiting to order with no response while the lanes next to me are steady moving. Customer Service and time management seriously needs improvement! Update: after I posted this I have been waiting for about 25 minutes now for 2 smoothies but I am at the window and can hear the workers gossiping and cussing SO loudly. So are we working or chitchatting? Update AGAIN: we get to the last window after 40 mins of waiting for them to tell us they dont have the stuff to make it and offer us an alternative and 5 minutes later they are screaming at eachother and come to the window to say they can do what I originally wanted. All in all I sat there for about 45 minutes.
