I would actually leave NO stars if it were possible. I saw his "group" a few years ago and never saw the same dentist twice. As a matter of fact, I don't recall even seeing the name-sake for this "chain" dentistry disaster. I had a tooth they felt needed a root canal, went to an endodontist in Durham that THEY recommended (who, BTW couldn't get me numb and said it was MY fault after FOUR shots) so I left and found a reputable one in Goldsboro who advised me that the tooth was CRACKED and needed to be pulled. I got a needle track infection and Riccobene's and a filling that one of his "newbies" did... he/she (can't remember.... awful experience... the cavity wasn't cleaned out enough and he put a filling on top of it. We just found it... it was drilled out only so much and the filling didn't fill the entire hole drilled. when the filling was inserted, it was like there was a mote between the filling the the outer edge of my tooth and the cavity continued to grow up. I looked at a picture of my outer tooth, a black ring along the inside, and the tiny filling put in allowing the good part of my tooth to rot! I pray for anyone who goes there. They may seem and sound "nice," but they only care about the $$ coming in and how many patients they can get in and out as quick as possible. I'd go for a cleaning on 1 day, reschedule a cleaning requesting the same dentist see me and be told that dentist didn't work there any longer. It's like it's a training ground for "newbies" or the "newbies" just smartened up seeing the shoddy work being done and left. God bless you all because Riccobene is only in the business for their reputations... which stinks... and that's being Godly and nice. I could have a few choice words for y'all ripping me and my family off, but as a Godly woman... I'll pray for you.
