America Auto Sale

Just bought a 2004 Nissan Maxima here 2 weeks ago for $3,700 & started having problems immediately & still haven't received the title. I took it to Sellars Automotive & they said it needs $4,800 worth of work power steering pump is out leaking fuel injectors abs sensors are shot there is no way his mechanic looked at this car and didnt see these issues. I will be seeking legal help i want reimbursement! Just let me know when my tags are ready which needs to be this week cant drive car no tags and no title .

I traded in my car at this place, but my disappointment started when the dmv told me that they sold me a car at a total claim loss! When his mechanic told me that night there was nothing wrong with the car, just that it had been shot a couple of times, that's what he told me, I gave them my car and my money. My idea was to buy a car to do uber and now I can't work, it took almost 2 or 3 months for the registration (no title just registration)to arrive with the total loss claim stamp: (That's when the real disappointment began, apart from the car has many mechanical problems his mechanic never reach me out neither!!.The whole process was really bad and disappointing. When I told him about all these problems, he told me that he was going to sue me for harassment! As if I didn't have free expression! In the end they have my car and 5k that I gave them and I was left with a car that is useless for work and has many bad things. He was never notified that the car had a total loss claim! Now he will come out and say that he warned me of all these when it was never like that.. it was the dmv that They warned me, because I had to file a complaint with them because the title never arrived(registration)until after 2 months or more! Because the dealers never answered my calls until I filed the complaint with the DMV! The truth was a pretty bad streak and disappointment.

Great and Honest man and he reason with you and will help you I bought a car as is and found a oil Leak and I told him about it and he had his mechanic fix the leak on his eexpense no echarge on me. I will recommend anybody to this man and the amount of money I have his car wasn't in my price range he knocked off $1,000 so I can get that car and the car is Great car clean inside and out everything works no engine Light on

By all accounts America Auto seems to be a genuinely honest car dealer. I'm leaving a 5-star review despite not having purchased the vehicle I drove four hours round trip to pick up. The car photographed much better than it actually was which is a significant problem but not wholly unexpected. I checked this finding across a few different vehicles I had looked at from the website and it was certainly not isolated to the vehicle I was coming to pick up. Almost all the cars here are cheap cars and many are salvage/rebuilt. No problem there as that's what I was looking for; a basic, inexpensive commuter to rack up the miles on. I was told the car was "still beautiful". That's verbatim. Photos from the website seemed to reinforce that. Upon arriving at the dealership the extent of damages was significantly more, probably 5x more dents/dings, gouges, scratches and peeled paint for each blemish you could see on a photo. We were unable to come to an agreement on price but most of the pricing is still great considering current demand and the owner and staff are genuinely honest. I will certainly try to purchase a car from this location in the future if the opportunity comes along. Despite a few rough patches on the experience, five stars.
