When I tell you the customer service is so bad. I was told if Im not buying anything to get out the store. I was also told by the manager that I was getting on his nerves. I have every right to be in the store I spend 1000s of dollars in the store. Rude beyond disbelief.

1/10 This store is utterly useless. I bought two pairs of shoes for my son. Both didnt fit so I went to the store to attempt to get a refund or exchange for a bigger size. 1st problem: Since both pairs of shoes were listed as on sale items, they were unavailable to be refunded. Kind of dumb, but understandable. I wanted bigger sizes anyway. 2nd and most ridiculous issue: I requested bigger sizes on both shoes. They didnt have any bigger sizes in the store. I asked if they could order a bigger size and ship to the store or my home. That wasnt doable either since they didnt have the size I needed in the entire company according to the employee. How do you not have a 3 or 4 in kids throughout your entire company for two different shoes!? 3rd issue: When I attempted to exchange for other shoes in the same price range, they didnt have the 3c or 4c either according to the manager. Utterly useless, and now Im left with two pairs of shoes that dont fit my son that I cant return or exchange due to their dumb policies and lack of inventory. This store sucks. The manager with the face mask is a condescending man that obviously hates his job. Tear this place down and build a DTLR.
