Looking back and purchasing my first car here in 2016, they screw me over bad. They wouldnt let me test drive the beetle. After having it for a month, the head gasket blew, I took it back to them because I knew they had an auto repair shop in the back. The owner did not want to fix any of it, then him and his shop employees began laughing at me. I ended up finish paying the car off and doing away with it because the repairs were very expensive. Dont buy a car here because high chance, they have a patch up fix or on the verge of breaking down, and these people wont help repair and say its our fault. JB auto I havent forgotten about how terrible you were and took advantage of me being 19, never again.

Youd be better off going to a junk yard then buying from this place. They only care about making a sale. After you leave with your car they wont know who you are all they care about is you putting money in their bank account

Give Alyssa the car back that you stole. She showed proof that her payments and insurance was up to date. She had the right to use her insurance money to get the car fixed wherever she chooses. Your a crook and you take advantage of young women. You picked up the car just so you could get the money for the repairs. Its wrong and I hope she files criminal charges for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
