        I submitted a rental application a day after the property was listed on the market, and Im going to give 5 star even though I was not approved. (They communicate) Lauren, the rental agent answered my inquiry really quick. (They do process applications in a appropriate manner of time) They take about 2-3 days to give an answer, (They give a reason of the decision) they notified me that they didnt even process my application because someone else who submitted an application ahead of time was approved, and (they do no take your money) they wont charge the application fee if they wont process it.
