        I wish I could separately rate the driver and quality assurance team. Robert (driver) and Scott (QA) were great! Shannon was as well until she realized she made a mistake. She first tried to blame the driver and then tried to blame us for an oversight on a COMPANY policy. Very unprofessional and never called to follow up or apologise for her temper tantrum.         They arrived at the top of the time window (always appreciate promptness). And the crew was efficient and pleasant. They covered the mattress with plastic and made sure that the furniture was securely protected. Highly recommended!!
