Sales staff though friendly did not fully disclose certain things before I went out to look at a lot they had for sale. When I came back from looking at it then I was told all additional costs involved. Why tell me after driving 1 hour round trip why not tell me upfront and not waste my time. Then the sales lady told me to try and get financing. I knew I wouldn't qualify but she insisted I try really pressured me into it. So she started the process and sure enough I didn't get it. The lot I really wanted they said I couldn't have because I wanted to purchase a single wide and they only were allowing a double wide. I could have it if I bought one that big. Unfortunately my overall experience left a bitter taste in my mouth but I am very grateful I did not go with them because I went to the BBB and found many very bad reviews about how quickly the homes fall apart and how the company does not stand by their work. Check out reviews on BBB. If you are interested in buying a mobile home definitely do your homework before buying!!!!!

They brought one of thier homes for delivery and drove all over my front lawn and damaged my property. When I voiced concern Ruth said she would come out the following day and access the damages and get back to me. Well she never did AND she won't return my calls . Very upsetting. Beware.
