I called them after having some issues with our garage door and they were able to send someone out the next day! Andy did a great job replacing the necessary parts in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

Our garage door spring snapped in half, and superior overhead doors were quick to send someone out to take a look. We thought we were going to need a total door replacement, and were very happy to learn that we only needed a new spring and strut for the top panel of the door. We scheduled a time to come back to install the spring and strut, and when the day come, Andy was an hour early (yay!) for the appointment. The schedulers are also quick to call you back, and get you booked, and they send you an invoice to your email after your appointment, which makes makes everything easier, in my opinion. If our door breaks again, the motor goes, or we opt for a total door replacement later on, we will be sure to call Superior Overhead Doors!

What an outstanding experience I had today. I called at 8AM for an appointment for a minor maintenance issue. Andy arrived at my home by 12:30 and was just as kind as he could be. He immediately knew my issue(s) and had them resolved within an 30 minutes. Thank you for awesome service, kind representatives, and phenomenal service technician, Andy. I will definitely refer all friends and family.
