        Do not purchase any craftsmen tools from this place. I recently bought a 320 piece socket set not even a year ago and have barely even used it. One of the socket wrenches already broke and again, I have BARELY USED the set, the switch to change directions broke and came off. The paper that came with the tools clearly says Craftsmen tools have a lifetime warranty and that if you have any issues with any of your craftsmen tools and are not satisfied to return it to the RETAILER FROM WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED for a free replacement. I called and they gave me the run around by first giving me a 800 number to call that doesnt even let you talk to anybody (I tried multiple times, it tells you to go online and then hangs up on you). Called them back and complained and thats when the attitudes started. They told me I would have to take pictures of the tool and go online and all this stuff I dont want to do, then gave me a little attitude about it and then hung up on me after I tried explaining that I shouldnt even have to do all of that when the tools claim that they will be replaced for free from the retailer where they were purchased. They also claimed that they dont have any tools in stock there to replace it. How do they not have the tools to replace it when I bought the set from them not even a year ago and they still sell Craftsmen socket sets? Sounds like they dont honor the lifetime warranty and replace their cheap tools for free like craftsmen says they will do. Guess I will just have to jump through the hoops that they are forcing me to do in order to get the tool replaced and I definitely will not be buying from here ever again or Craftsmens cheap tools again.
