This place seemed great at first. They take a month and a half for the hiring process then tell you that they cant hire you because of your kids then when you leave a review they get mad and the owner starts texting you and insulting you and is very childish about it. They seem like a great daycare as far as caring for children.

We are beyond impressed with Yadkin Path Montessori! The most important qualities in childcare for our son included safety and a nurturing environment. Yadkin Path goes above and beyond in those areas plus much more. Our seven month old has attended since the beginning of August and we have already noticed so many gains in his development. It is obvious that the guides work with our son on developmental skills and love that there are no bouncers, jumpers, etc. that limit mobility. It also means so much that everyone there genuinely cares for and loves our son. It has made the transition going back to work after maternity leave so much easier knowing that our child is in excellent care. We love Yadkin Path and highly recommend them!

Yadkin Path Montessori has been a safe haven for my three children. At YP, the guides and staff care for and nurture them at each stage of development. The school is truly a community that provides students with skills enriched through the Montessori method. I highly encourage others seeking a non-traditional approach of education to observe YP for yourself.

My granddaughter attends this school. She is 2 1/2 years old. Because of this school; she gladly cleans up behind herself; can crack eggs by herself; helps cook her meals, including using a spatula and frying food; is interested in everything outside (loves to wait for and watch wild turkeys); has learned to be control her emotions; wears a headset while using her own little working vacuum; picks our her own clothes and actually does a great job of matching things, then dresses herself; and in general is a huge help to her Mama. She is a happy outgoing child. Every time I visit, she surprises me with the things she can do that I never realized a toddler could do. Imagine what she will do as an adult!

Our son started with YPM at 12 months in the infant room environment. YPM was the second daycare/school my son attended. At the previous school, we found many challenges with the leadership and their protocols for infants. It was a 'conform to us or leave' attitude, so we abruptly left. Feeling nervous due to the uncertainty about our situation, juggling full-time work, and the current daycare waiting list, my anxiety was overwhelming. Then, a friend mentioned Yadkin Path Montessori. I had heard of the school, and appreciated the Montessori approach, but was concerned about the financial obligation. Once we toured the facility, my husband and I knew this was exactly where we wanted our son to be, and we would figure out a way to make it work. Finding YPM was a breath of fresh air! As you enter the grounds it's an instant feeling of peaceful energy. We wanted nothing more than for our son to be in an environment where he is free to be who he wants to be, how he wants to be, with guidelines to help with independence, consistency, structure, and respect and that is exactly what the Montessori philosophy instills. Our son has now transitioned into the toddler room and at 21 months old has blossomed quickly with vocabulary, directions, and structure. He loves all the outside time he can get because they get so much of it. Children this age learn so much more by nature play than by sitting in a classroom in front of overstimulating, loud electronic toys. You won't find fancy apps that the teachers have to be tied to their phones with all day or cameras where you can watch your kid throughout the day, but the staff does a wonderful job at keeping in touch and you can always reach out to the assistant director to check in. YPM is so much more than a daycare, it's truly an educational environment that instills the wonderful learnings of Dr. Maria Montessori.
