This Walmart lacks a lot of resources when it comes to paying, it's very basic, it made me waste a lot of time

I handed in a camera an never got an email or my pictures from it. When I call no one picks up.

The Photo Center at the Salisbury, NC store is absolutely horrible! Every time I go there to pick up pictures or a Site-to-Store order I have to wait forever for someone to show up and help me. Half the time I have to get someone from a different department. Not to mention the fact that nobody there seems to know what happened to the pictures I ordered & paid for online on June 21st. Tracking says they were already delivered there on the 26th, yet it's not showing up in the system. The department manager was supposed to call me to discuss the matter but 2 days later I still have yet to hear from anyone. So I tried calling the department myself. I was transferred to the department twice and put on hold while they paged someone to pick up the phone but of course nobody did b/c there's NEVER anybody back there. What's the point in having the department if it's never even staffed??? This issue seriously needs to be addressed! PS I still have yet to find out ANYTHING about my pictures that have already been paid for!
