I recently move to Salisbury from Jacksonville, finding it extremely hard to find the right clinic for my needs. Was traveling back-and-forth to my other clinic for a while due to it. I can honestly say this clinic and staff have been a life saver for me. Would recommend Ms. Lauren, she listens and understands without making me feel a certain type a way.

Dr Murphy is no longer here and they have all new front office personnel. I went in for an appointment and was refused to be able too speak with a PA or Dr. I went to pay for my office visit and questioned why it was 173.00 instead of 123.00. I was informed that the extra 50 was due to a no show due to not receiving a reminder text or call. It seems the new staff does not offer this service. The receptionist informed me that she would have to speak to the office manager and then rolled her eyes and took the next patient. After she checked in 3 other patients and they all had gone back for their appointments . I walked back up to the counter to see if anything had been said. She told me no at this point I was like ok so I gave her my bank card so she could go ahead and charge my visit.and then rolled her eyes again I made the statement that she didnt need to be rude..well then this woman that was sitting on the other side of the office with her back towards us both stormed over took my bank card away from her and slammed it on the counter and was ordering me to leave she said I was disrespectful? Im not the one that rolled my eyes to her twice Im not the one that was raising my voice like she was trying to get all the attention. I have been on my medication for about 6 -8 years. I have been with this office for nearly 2 years when I moved to this area from Virginia. I have had many surgeries and seem to be in pain a lot however my medication was really starting to help since the Dr had changed it a little. Well long story short I ended back up in the hospital and Dr.s, nurses, and social worker all said that they should not cut my meds out like they did that it was a wonder that they didnt kill me by doing this to me. I am searching for another office to see but it is going to take about 1 to 2 months before I can get it. Oh my primary Dr also said this. As far as the office personal goes I had my phone right there in front of them recording everything that was said. The social worker from the hospital reached out to a friend and had them listen to the whole audio of the conversation that had happen. He said that she is not a Dr and can not stop me from seeing a Dr for my medication. That they can not just stop it like that they would need to refill my meds until I could get into another office. If she was a Dr then she would know what would happen to me and that it could come back to hurt the Drs in this practice. The attorney also told me that off the Dr. refuses to send in the refill to let him know. He had me send him the audio from that day. I will definitely keep you posted and let you know what the results come out to be. Just a warning stay away from this place because as soon as I can get away from it, Im gone. They have an office personnel that is now playing God as to who can be seen or not. Again I will keep you all posted of what happens. Oh yes before I forget she also orders you to go to therapy. She says that she will be available for questions and emergency care for the next 30 days. But she ordered me out of the office to never return. I have never had any issues like this before. One of the nurses that works there did come out there and made the statement about the receptionist, she said oh you are having problems with her also? Now you can ask any of the Dr.s that I have seen and the nurses there and they will tell you. I have NEVER been treated so bad in any office. Totally not called for when she should have paid more attention to the front desk with her rolling her eyes than to be sitting across the room with her back turned making no effort to see what was happening. If they do right I will gladly let you know and take down the post. But I have never had any problems like this in the past
