Ultra Violet Mental Health

If anyone is looking for a mental health doctors office you are looking at the right place. I have been with this office for at least 4 years and with the same therapist for over 8 years. The staff is wonderful pleasant and caring. The location for me is about one hour from where I live however its worth it when you have a great doctor. Highly recommended

Iv never left a negative review anywhere ever!. I would give ultraviolet a zero out of five star rating. I wouldnt advise anyone to go to ultraviolet. Ultraviolet is the most unprofessional doctors office Iv been to. Doctor and staff are unhelpful. I went to see a psychiatrist that tells me in her office shes going to prescribe me two medications that we both agreed on and said she would have them sent over for me. They were never sent. I gave them an extra day to have them sent even though the medication should have been sent over before I left her office. The next day still nothing was sent. Over a 24 hour period nothing was sent. I call them they take until the end of the day to send it in. Come to to find out she send the wrong medication in; Medication we did not even discuss. I called them back saying that thats not the medication we discussed she had to call me back a second time saying my medication was sent, it was still wrong. Listen please save yourself the time and headache and dont consider ultraviolet. they dont care If the psychiatrist was concerned and cared she would have reached out to me herself. Im diagnosed with panic disorder, I need help they could care less, I basically went there to talk and no help.

I just wanted to leave a couple of comments I really love the cleanliness of the office and how nice the ladies where up front .The atmosphere was very nice However, there was two white ladies, waiting to be seen as well, who was being very unruly and argumentative toward the two ladies upfront. I had no issues and I have been going here for a long time and have never had a problem with the receptionist they are always fast and and courteous and kind. FYI I feel I need to leave another comment if for any reason someone gets on here and tries to give a negative review about music that is untrue because I was also in there at the same time. To my knowledge she wasnt even a patient there her mom was. She advised me that her mom was being seen not her so she wasnt even a patient.
