        It's a good job, pay is so so, but there fixing that.only thing is I was told things when I started, that is not the case at all? I I had 2 close family members pass away, and I got flipped on me cause I missed a couple days

        Custom plastic forming is a great place to work. The Custom Plastic Management and or Supervisors lead by example and are very knowledgeable. Everyone has the same opportunities to excel within your department. You are trained to do your job from set-up to shutdown down. With everything in between explained very proficiently so you can understand what is expected of you and how to achieve a satisfactory product. new hire is given time to gather information about the job at the pace that he/she is comfortable. I personally felt welcomed and valued from day 1. I highly suggest that anyone Male or female looking for employment to begin your new career at CUSTOM PLASTIC and enhances your future. You will not be disappointed in any way.
