I was served evicition papers and where it said unpaid rent was the value of $755.00. When i paid the $760.00 five days before the court date, I assumed everything was good. Three days after the court date I had a highlighted post on my door is big bold letters and highlighted yellow for everyone to see "Must pay $3114.95 or law enforcment will escort me off the property." When i confronted management about this I was told my $760.00 was not the full amount and that I had to pay $600.00 in legal fees. Which had the document had the correct amount I would had paid whatever the amount I owed was. The management said that they did put that amount in the box and blamed it on the courts. When I confronted the Civil Division at the court house they said management had to do it. When confronted management again they blamed it on the lawyer. Even though managment said they filed for the eviction online and clearly just cropped the lawyers signature onto the document. They dont send out any ten day notice, via in writing or email. There is only one watermeter that supplies all the water to all the units yet somehow they charge every tenant for water used and sewer fees and add that to your rent. They also charge for pest control yet ive been here almost a year and Ive never seen pest control come out once even tho some tenants have complained about mice/rats. Your charged $15.00 for trash services for every unit which if the place is full means they make a killing off of trash being hauled off, considering they only have two cans, and when they fill up you could be fined for leaving any trash outside the cans. Which happens more than you would think. In the summer time all upstairs in all the units feels like a sweat box. I wish my windows were painted shut just so I couldnt feel the cold wind blowing threw them, not to mention my power bill for the two bedroom unit is almost $175-$250 per month. If your thinking about coming here dont believe the hype. Look at the front units when you pull in and youll see everyone of them has a window unit upstairs just to make it tolerable. I wish I would of taken my time to actually look for a better place, before coming. They do remodles with out pulling any permits when things need to be fixed up updated. My washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen sink, all are ran off the same water source, which is the kitchen sink. The spot under the stairs I could almost shake my neighbors hand before I closed the gap up myself. Yeah it is quiet, and yeah it has a lot of potential, but they only care about getting the money and making things appear better than they really are. Like putting a new coat of paint on the walls and calling it remodeled but you find out that things only appear to be new, in reallity its just a new color on the same old outdated things. The person who remodels the places is a long time friend of the owner which means "just make it look new for a low quality budget." I could go on but Ive probably said enough to do myself a favor by not getting my lease renewed. Dont believe what they want you to see. Make this a last resort if at all.

Very smooth process when moving in sign your lease then get your keys, there were minor issues with the unit didnt concern me knowing my husband and I know how to fix on things, dont like that you cant open any windows due to fresh paint being painted on them. Enjoy everyone keep to there self, yes they look at you because your new but nothing other, also wished that a fan would work where the laundry area is located in the unit. Great schools are very close shopping area as well.
