        Rent is overcharged if youre a new tenant while anyone who came before you pays less much less. Renters who have like 2/3 dogs live above you if you dont have any pets and you have to hear those pets running around all day. Amenities are $75 just for a washer and dryer use thats ridiculous, They make money off of the coins deposited for that. Theres no gym, which would make more sense to charge $75 for amenities No assigned parking. Other fees that added up that dont even make sense.
