Julie is all about prompt, concise response. I can only imagine how many items cross her desk in just one day. Whatever your issue, whatever your concern, you will have a response from her within a twenty-four hour period--many times quicker. Julie is very knowledgeable in the realm of HOA legalities. She knows what will fly and what won't. She lends a very watchful eye to her client's property in a very detailed oriented manner. Julie dots her i-s and crosses her t-s every time. Essential property management has been our property management group since our neighborhood first began back in 2015. Julie Gonzalez has been exceptional in every way. Her handling of homeowner issues, her excellent rapport with all homeowners, and her willingness to find solutions to problems are the reasons that we will never look anywhere else! Since our community, Coventry Woods, selected Essential Property Management, we've made so much progress. Our board has been impressed with how proactive they have been, how they deliver all needed reports on time, how quickly they respond to homeowner requests, and the quality of quotes they have received for various projects.
