I want to start off by saying customer service and quality of work has always been and will always be me and my employees top priority, with that being said one of the downsides of running a small business is dealing with people that are never satisfied with anything you do and have the ability to openly bash your company on Google. And in this case it is no surprise to me out of the 10 reviews you have left on other businesses eight of them have been 1 star. But putting that to the side I was actually very reachable for the first couple months to try to help this customer even making several trips back out to their house to check on progress. We were in a severe drought when your yard was planted and I specifically told you to not water your lawn or you will run the risk of burning all the new seedlings up because in order to water properly you need to be able to put down 1 inch equivalent of rainfall over the course of a 15 minute period per zone. Throughout the entire process you were very argumentative to not only me but my entire crew whenever we would try to give you advice. Prior to the last visit that I made you had called me and told me that you had been watering your grass in the middle of the day and when I arrived at your property you had sprinklers set up in your lawn which you quickly took down after I arrived and after examining your new grass it was aparent that you had burned your new lawn. After explaining this to you and showing you how the new seedlings had turned black from you burning them you got extremely frustrated and expected me to fix your mistake for free.
