Stay away from this horrible company!!! They do not care about their customers at all. All they care about is charging an insane amount of money for propane and then expecting you to have over $1,000 when they fill your tank. Customer service is awful at the Rolesville office. Tarabia could not careless about you. They dont even deserve one star! Awful company!!

Unsatisfactory customer service, Daniel in the Rolesville, NC office made 3 appointments to pick up tank in which was all no shows. Jan. Feb. and Mar. Will not recommend this propane company, to anyone.

UPDATE: please people don't think the response below is showing any customer service concerns. It does not. This is their way of business. I think the longer you are with a company the less appreciated you are to them. I have been a customer for 25 years and my last day of service is this week! I continuously had to call the service dept to come hook my tank up after unhooking it due to me smelling gas. It took them 4 months! In between that I refused to pay my tank fee because I was not able to use my tank. I explained I would pay once I have access to use my tank. I was then told my fee is late, so now I have to pay a reconncect fee because they have to come out and disconnect it for non-payment (all after they just came out and reconnected from 4 months ago). This disconnection never happened but they added a charge to my account anyway. I explained again why I was not paying, staff was supposed to speak with supervisor and get back to me, and I am still waiting ( 2 more months), called back and left messages. Nothing. So my final call, come get this tank and I will take my business someplace else. Don't let companies like this take advantage of you or stress you out, your health and well-being is worth more.
