You bent my book in half because it was wider versus putting it in one of those wider lockers for bigger packages. What if those were family pictures or important work documents? Which BY THE WAY, the book I ordered is for my work. You can be held liable for any packages damaged by carelessness to do your job.

Why is it closed weekdays from 1-2:30?! They are only open 9-4. They need to increase staff to cover the growth in the population.
5/5 stars for customer service. I use them frequently and they quickly help customers.

Never answer their phone. I mean NEVER. Not once. If you have to ask them for help w a delivery issue you will have to drive in. If you can get the postmaster there, she will help you, but it's a 50/50 shot that she'll even be in. There's a guy there that will say he's the postmaster. He had me fooled for a while as he did NOTHING he was supposed to. When I told a worker there she shrugged. "Oh? Yeah. That's (insert name here). He always does that. Ignore him." Are you kidding me?!? Apparently he's done it to my neighbors as well. They get two stars because when the postmaster finally hears about an issue, she fixes it.
Edit: Can't say enough good things about our carrier and the postmaster. Both are awesome when we have a package that requires refrigeration. Giving them another star on the strength of those two.

UPDATE: BEEN TRYING THIS BRANCH AGAIN RECENTLY DUE TO GAS PRICES MAKING DECIDE AGAINST LONGER DRIVE TO ANOTHER TOWN. STAFF AND SERVICE IS GOOD NOWADAYS. CRABBY AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY SEEMS TO HAVE MOVED ON. GOOD.
OLDER UPDATE: Well after many months -- I have been there twice on a Saturday morning shipping stuff and everything went smoothly. Maybe the rude lady doesn't work on Saturday anymore -- works for me.
OLDER REVIEW: (2 STARS) Just arrived at this branch at 11:29 on a Saturday morning. Employee locked the door in my face as well as an elderly man behind me. The ultimate in uncaring and rude behavior by a typical government worker. I will never go to this branch again. They take long lunch hour break during weekdays and have short hours on Saturday. Letting 2 more people in at 11:29 am wouldn't have cost them but a few minutes of courtesy to the public they are supposed to serve. Shame on you lazy overpaid USPS workers! Never again. I am taking my business to Youngsville where the workers there treat the paying public with decency. Wake Forest USPS is not any good anymore either. Enjoy your phat paycheck for doing essentially zero service.
