I had to make many calls the pharmacist and doctor to get a prescription filled. I understand that the some days are busy and the pharmacist has more than they can handle, but it was a bit frustrating to have to call the doctor to get my prescription sent to the CVS instead of transferring it from Caremark. It's really not CVS' fault as it's our drug laws that makes moving prescriptions very complicated. Once my doctor sent the prescription over, it was filled quickly.
