I highly recommend!! If youre looking for that one on one personally trainer, Joe is your guy. Hes very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He will modify the workouts if you have issues with knees, elbows or whichever you have difficulty with. The meal plans are easy to follow and are structured around your likes and dislikes to get the proper calories in on a daily basis. Joe will bring the gym to you in the comfort of your home too!!

Ive been working with Joe at Fresh Start Fitness for about 6 weeks now. I love his approach. My workouts are customized for my fitness level. Hes very flexible with his time. Hes very energetic and motivating. Im enjoying every minute of it. He helps with fitness as well as nutrition. I couldnt be happier with my choice to work with Joe.
