        Bought a KB Home here a few months ago. House itself is energy efficient and has nice finishings, particularly the carpet and flooring, kitchen and bath finishes, and exterior finishing touches like the deck and yard. Excellent HVAC system with wifi enabled appliances. Post construction support from Cody and builder's construction team was well done. Issues at 30 day warranty were quickly corrected. Neighbors are awesome and neighborhood will have a pool next year. Rolesville will be connected to all Wake County greenways in the next few years too. Rolesville is cute, and about ten minutes from: Wegmans, Harris Teeter, Publix, Target, WalMart, downtown Wake Forest, shops and restaurants. Raleigh 20-30 mins away depending on where you go. Lots of activity in Rolesville with more shops, restaurants and activities coming.
