Ordered a double cheeseburger meal on a ManDate with my son which came with two small, lukewarm, anemic, overcooked, bone-dry meat patties on a bun that looked to be a minimum of three weeks old.
Yes, I know that $5.99 is considered a value meal now, but SMH it was bad. Value meal should NOT mean food that would have otherwise previously been discarded.
But to end on a positive note, the place was clean. The service was MUCH better than I typically expect from Hardee's, and the crinkle cut seasoned fries were delicious. They just need to fire that cook.

Greeted immediately upon entering, polite and enthusiastic employee, simple order,got it fast,food was hot, pleasantly surprised.

For the third time in less than a month at this location (Rolesville, NC), I was told they were out of chicken tenders. And the dining area closes at 9:00p, but the doors are locked at 8:00p. I don't know how this location manages to continue to operate when they are always out of something, the dining area never stays open during its operating hours, and the overall quality of food is less than subpar. If I could give it a zero star all around, I would.

The young man who waited on me was very polite, clean-cut, and delightful. I was only passing through the area and hadn't been to a Hardee's in nearly 10 years. The menu has completely changed, so I had to ask about the ingredients on everything that is on the menu. He was patient and pleasant with me. What a wonderful attitude and great manners this young man had. His parents raised him right.
