The attitude of that ONE employee thats ALWAYS there needs to be adjusted. I think were past blaming it on COVID. She just flat out dont want to be there and it shows. She doesnt want to work the register but if she does its like a silent library. No greeting, telling you the total, nothing.

With recent updates to the stores interior, customer service and overall appearance of the store calls for much improvement. INVENTORY: Unfortunately, this location is the only store in the city and the inventory levels for many necessities are remain low. ORGANIZATION: The store is overcrowded, not organized well and could be a fire hazard. PRICING: Pricing is comparable to nearby stores. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Here's their biggest downfall. Employees aren't friendly at all, understaffed and many times serve you with a reluctant demeanor. After your items are bagged, receipt is given, they immediately leave the register, even before you've taken YOUR OWN bags from the carousel. This is probably my last visit to this location and will be reaching out to corporate.

The new staff needs a attitude adjustment. Especially the girl working this morning. I went in to get 2 summer toys for my son that was marked down 50% off summer on a sign clear as day. I went to self check out they ranged up full priced. Instead of fixing it to make what's right the Girl refused. She then walked away from me after I told her what they were doing was illegal. I work in customer service and I was 100% was in the right on this. After her manager arrived back to the store I got my discount. She also had a attitude to. I used to come by there alot before but ever since new staff came in with those attitudes I've stopped. I work in rolesville and was a regular. Something needs to be done about these employees.

New hours posted on door but not updated anywhere else. Went to pick up a package fed ex dropped off at this location. Went to go in at 5:54, told they close at 6 and couldnt be helped. Very poor experience. Wont shop here nor have packages sent here again.
