      image Would not help me unlock my online banking account. Told me to call back in few hours. I needed it unlocked immediately. Very unprofessional. Called Roseville branch, was treated with the the upmost professional service!!

      image This branch in absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so caring and helpful. I have personally worked with Brigitte and Vinnie and they are AMAZING!Grateful to bank with SECU!!!

      image The bank tellers make the difference. I bank mainly at the Credit Union in Rolesville. I feel like I am visiting friends more than banking. I really do not want to have to bank elsewhere.

      image The staff is horribly trained and super rude! I hate that this is the closest one to my job so sometimes I'm forced to come here on my break! Not recommended. Very rude and slow customer service. They aren't knowledgeable about anything either. You ask to pay for an auto loan they put it on your personal loan and then never want to fix the mistake because they were rude and moving too fast. Lines are always wrapped around the building.
