We have been on the hunt for a trusted mechanic for over 10 years! So when our daughters car broke down, we searched for reputable shops around our area but werent really satisfied with what we found. Over the last month we visited Pete Smith Automotive for smaller issues like flat tires but werent sure of their other areas of expertise. What we did appreciate was the friendliness of the staff and excellent customer service. So we decided to give them a trywe knew this would be a big job but really didnt know who else to trust. Well, not only did they fix the car, they communicated with us every step of the way without trying to upsell us on unnecessary service. If you are in need or just looking for a TRUSTED mechanic, we HIGHLY recommend this shop. You wont find a better one.

I went in to have a tire patched and was told it would probably take about thirty minutes. Ninety minutes later, they were finally done. They said it was because they couldn't find the leak but I found the hole using soapy water after looking for five minutes. The sad thing was I had marked the area of the leak before I had arrived.
I'm giving this a three star because it's just an average tire shop. They should have asked if I knew where the tire was leaking.

Great mechanics and they are always professional. Never feel like we are being upsold. Staff is friendly and knows you by name. Glad they are a business in Rolesville.
