    My son's instructor bailed on him twice. We confirmed the first lesson a few hours before the start time. The instructor indicated that the facility was overbooked and our lesson was bumped. If we had not texted the instructor, we would have shown up to learn that there would be no lesson. We texted the instructor a few days in advance to confirm the second lesson and everything was a go. This time, we showed up and we were told that the instructor was not feeling well and my son’s lesson was cancelled the day before. This was never communicated to us. The only lesson Warehouse Athletics taught my son is how disappointment feels when commitments are not honored.
