Went a few weeks ago with my niece to purchase her first car. Brett was a busy man, but he took the time to walk us on the lot and answered all of our questions. My niece was able to test drive and make the deal. Brett was very accommodating. As we were in his office, previous customers came in to chat and have him make small repairs to bumpers and trim or what have you. Even though he was pulled in multiple directions, his humor and personality made the process enjoyable. You can tell that he cares greatly about his customers and his reputation. My niece made the purchase and noticed within a few days that she had an issue with her key. Called Brett and he said no problem. He got us straight the next week and resolved her issue and apologized for the inconvenience. He was up front and straight to the point on what he knew and didnt know about his vehicles. He even worked with us to fit the extended warranty in the deal and was just an overall great guy. We have referred others to his lot and plan to go to him in the future.
