We booked a room well in advance for my sons tournament . However , when we showed up they said that they no longer had our room available and that me and my family had to split up in rooms . We have 3 kids and select hotels based on being able to have enough space instead of having to use smaller beds and cram into rooms and certainly not have to split up . Then when we got up to the rooms , the room door was jammed and we werent able to get in . When I called the front desk , the lady disregarded my complaint and told me to use the keycard differently and push the door handle slowly . We legit couldnt get into the room until my husband had to lift upwards on the door and push the handle at the same time after I used the key card the entire weekend - no one helped us address this complaint . I gave it 3 stars because the customer service sucked so bad . However , the room was nice and the location was beautiful.
