Javelin did a memorial service for my mother. The setup was beautiful and I love that he let me choose just the items I needed. He was timely and affordable. He managed to turn a mourning event into something beautiful.

Never got the chance to order from them. I called on Valentine's Day for an upcoming delivery... understood the panic on a big day, and advised I would like a callback. Never called back, I called the next day, he answered, sounding like he was asleep and a 3rd party.. phone disconnected, and they didn't bother to call me back.. I felt this was black-owned and the delivery address was literally across the street from the business. EASY MONEY. WE have to do better. So I took my business to the OTHERS... who welcomed the business regardless with no excuses...... We have to master this art in OUR business. I NEVER write reviews but i feel it's needed for OUR culture to take notes!

If I could give this store and Javelin 10+ stars, I absolutely would! Javelin delivered a gorgeous bouquet to my mother for her birthday and since I'm out of state, he made sure to keep me posted on status of delivery through calls and texts. That, to me, was above and beyond and shows his genuine kindness. Absolutely will order from them again!

I made a last minute request to Mr. Javelin at the Secret Garden for a floral arrangement  I needed for a relative in Rocky Mount. My relative called me and was very happy with the flowers she received. I asked if she liked the floral arrangement, she said she loved it. Her joy warmed my heart thanks to The Secret Garden II. I have used the services of the Secret Garden II for several years for family members and friends in Rocky Mount. While not residing in Rocky Mount, I rely and trust Mr. Javelin to deliver beautiful and unique arrangements. I truly appreciate the creativity, professionalism and exemplary service given to me when I contact Mr. Javelin. I really wish I could order floral arrangements for myself from The Secret Garden II, but I'm in another state. I highly recommend The Secret Garden II.
