One lady on the staff tonight started talking smack about us while waiting to order in the dine in and refused to take our order. Saying they should come through the drive through like everybody else. If you dont want to take dine in orders, close the dining room. This was from around 10p.m. 3/16. There are better places in Rocky Mount to eat. Dont go here.

Today was free cone day 3/19 and this was my first interaction with this DQ. It was a little busy in the drive thru so I went in. I walked up to the counter and employee was cleaning up the dining area (might I say it was spotless in there , minus a few napkins somebody had recently dropped near the drink machine) The employee approached me pleasantly and with a smile this is not always the case in Rocky Mount ! So I was instantly impressed . She said give it a few mins and it would be right out The line starting piling up but this lady was amazing . She made sure to handle the front line , as well as make sure the people whose orders were prior didn't get forgotten. I felt she went above and beyond. She handled this day so well and I'm so glad I kept my receipt , her name is Destiny. Thanks for being a great employee today and the great customer service. It was so nice to encounter kind people. The ice cream was great and the hotdogs were about a 6/10 only bc I thought it would be more savory chili and it was like a sweet sloppy joe kind of mix and wasn't my favorite but I'd definitely recommend this location. Parking: Be patient when trying to get out of the parks sometimes the drive thru blocks the patrons in the parking spots
