I ordered five windows on Feb 2, 2024. Although I prefer going with more reputable window companies, (Marvin, Kelly, Anderson, etc). my contractor said he has these windows, he recommends them, and they would come in within 2-4 weeks. Well, here we are March 12, 5 1/2 weeks out, with no windows. (25 x 25 and transoms). I ordered a 60 x 150 from another company and it was custom built and sent to me in 3 weeks -- I HIGHLY recommend to steer clear of this business with respect to windows. I can only hope whenever they come in that they are actually decent.

I've not dealt with BDC much in the past, just picking up a few odds and ends here and there. Recently (the last 30 days) I purchased one of their deck packages (16'X24') and have had to return some boards that didn't quite meet my standards and actually was shorted two boards on the original purchase. I called the store, spoke with Scott and he stated he would check the cameras for the missing boards and call me with the findings. I needed the boards to complete the framing of the deck so I returned and purchased what I needed. Upon returning I met Scott in person and he stated he had not had an opportunity to look at the cameras but ensured me he would do so. After getting what I needed and leaving the store, I received the call from Scott. He stated they did in fact forget the two boards in question. He immediately created a gift card for the total and placed it in the safe. I returned a few days later to exchange some boards and Scott applied the gift card to my order. Today (11/11/23) I returned once again to exchange a few more boards and was greeted by Daniel. The exchange was smooth and the transaction was seamless. These two guys, Scott and Daniel are in my opinion, exemplary employees. They exhibit professionalism and customer service that every business owner should be proud of. I would like to thank them both and the owners of BDC for hiring quality employees.
