Second time I've been here in a week and both times I was completely ignored. I could not get any assistance from any of the sales associates. I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and when somebody finally came up from the back and I asked for a tap and die set he pointed at a cashier and said ask her and he headed out the door. When I voiced my dissatisfaction and started for the door they then started asking me what I wanted. I have very long hair and honestly I think I'm being ignored because they are biased. In the past year nearly every time I've been in there no one has been friendly towards me They're all very indifferent when they do talk to me. It feels as if they don't want to be bothered or don't want to be around me in particular because they're swarming around all the other customers trying to assist. I'm the maintenance supervisor for a group of privately owned local hotels. I'm done with tractor supply I'll be shopping at Lowe's exclusively from now on. If this is in fact because of how I look then this is ridiculous. Especially in this day and age. I haven't been treated this way since 1975.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Ms. Lori( Rocky Mount NC) location. She works in the garden department. Ms. Lori was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the plants in the garden. She took the time to show and explain every question and I had a lot. We need more workers like Ms. Lori. Very pleasant personality. Thank you Ms. Lori

This is a cool store. They have all the mowers, clothes, feed for deer, and a lot more to meet your needs. I love to just go in there to look They have dog and cat food and other feed for farm animals. It is just a really cool place to shop
