Every year, I hand my financial information over to John Haney knowing that every detail of our family's complicated taxes will be tended to meticulously. John has been our accountant for around 15 years. When he moved to a new firm, we moved our account with him because he's smart, he knows his business, he has integrity, his fee is reasonable and we trust him. And if that weren't enough, John is just a really nice guy. He and every member of his staff are a pleasure to work with.

This firm acquired my previous CPA firm that I had been with for 10+ years in December 2016. I met with John Haney regarding my 2 businesses and personal taxes, and assured everything was good. When tax day rolled around, John told me they were back-logged so couldn't file any of my taxes on time, so they filed extensions and told me they would be able to wrap it up in a week or two. 2 months later, and many excuses, I fired these jokers because my taxes still weren't filed, and they did not respond to my emails and voicemails. Either this firm "shops" customers and ignores the ones that don't make them enough money, or they are incompetent, or both.
