Made an appointment for an alignment on a F150 4x4. Turned out I was charged $53.50 for a consultationalong with a $500.00 estimate for all the work I needed included with my alignment .not today, though. Id need another appointment for that work.. and, I couldnt apply the unrequested consultation fee to the suggested work. Bummer! Be Aware!!! Service: Wheel alignment

My mom took her jeep here to get an alignment done and replace the tie rod ends while they were at it and they ended up charging her $275. So when Big Hoss behind the counter was explaining why it cost so much he also stated that they charged her extra since she brought her own parts. He said that he charges extra for parts so that he makes more money and since she brought her own parts he just charged her the extra bit so that he could make more money, but he didnt even tell her until she asked why it was so expensive.. He didn't order the parts or pick them out for her she ordered the new tie rod ends and put them in the jeep when she dropped it off. He also charged her $100 to replace the tie rod ends stating that they were really hard to remove. The jeep has upgraded steering that's uses heim joints and it shouldn't take him more than 5 minutes to change them out since he has to loosen them up anyways to do the alignment. My mom noticed he was a bit whiny while talking abt how hard it was to swap them out and said he had to get his mom out there to help him hold a tire and she was like 75 years old. Dude needs to stick to sweeping floors at jiffy lube or maybe working for telemarketers
