        The people make the backbone of this establishment. I get the feeling they are caught between dissatisfied customers and an archaic business model that hasn't caught up with the times. If you are trying to pay your bills and you communicate with them, then you won't have trouble. I've gotten many misunderstandings cleared up over the years by simply walking in and having a chat. In summary, their IT infrastructure is likely outdated but the faces are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered.
