Krystalline,Carter never transferred my services to the county I moved to.She also took my food stamps away during the pandemic because I received a payment from child support from the father who never pays.

I can't understand why one person tells you one thing and another tells totally different. Get letters in mail one says one thing and neither is never the same and the main thing is how can one day they approved a hand written and signed letter and it gets initialed and approved and copied and then straight out lie about them initialed it and in order for me to keep my disability they want me to file for a divorce and they never tell you just how much more supposedly over pay you have left. Do anyone know who I can call higher in authority to make an legitimate complaint. And how can they force someone to get a divorce when they brought in a hnd written letter that was told would be just as good and was approved by manager and initialed and dated and copied and was told that was good enough being they was a handicap child involved reason for not wanting to have to go through court system so it would not hurt the handicap child any worse and I just cant get no straight answer from no one at this richmond county social security office. I just need to know and if anyone has there number to contact them because I am tired of either being called a liar or basically one. I need help please. And not to mention they took my whole check for 3 months and caused me to loose everything I own in storage. And still says I owe money and they been taking almost hundred bucks a month for over 2 yrs and still says I owe them.

The security officer named MIKE in the front needs to be fired. I don't appreciate his attitude & rude demeanor.
