        The patient should be respected as to making the decision of healthcare. Twice, I made it clear I wanted a cleaning as I was making the appointment. It was fine they offered alternatives at the appointment, but at the end of the day, I wanted a cleaning and I should have received one. Now, an hour of my time was wasted and I still did not receive the healthcare I had requested. They took a ton of xrays, but they could have received those and my records from my previous dentist, but they never requested the records. And now, Aspen expects me to come back for another appointment?

        The Dr did not want to fix patient tooth with out selling him more than he wanted at that time therefore I will never recommend this business to anyone
