    Was not told about the construction going on, fact ice machines, etc do not work on most floors. 1 bathroom on main floor- 1 person at a time- have to go through gym under reno and bathroom is a mess. 1 server for bar area plus dining room. We orginally got checked into a King suite then found out it was already occupied. Thats the short list. Poor girl running the bar, etc was great but run ragged.

    We stayed the night of 15 March, 2024. One of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Nothing on the site mentioned ongoing renovation work. Hotel staff exhausted from working conditions. Lack of/no supervision of construction crew. Inside furniture left outside without protection from the weather. Roofing crew actually throwing items onto the hotel lawn endangering guests. The entire facility was filthy. Reading reviews from past months shows the same situation has existed for some time. Hilton should close this location until conditions improve. The owner should be ashamed - and should find another line of work - obviously running an acceptable inn is not their calling.

    Stayed 2 nights wasn't that great this is the first hotel I have ever stayed and didn't come and clean your room and give you fresh towels. I called the first morning and told them that the coffee maker was broke said they will send someone up well needless to say they did not....This is the far most worst hotel I have ever stayed in,the staff was a rated 2 wasn't friendly at all....I will not recommend. Noteworthy details: Want recommend

    Hotel under renovation and no where on the website was that noted. We were put in an unrenovated filthy room where the construction workers were staging and stacking furniture. I wouldnt sit on the furniture as it was so soiled and tattered. Asked for a new room and were put in another room one floor up that was equally disgusting. Asked to move again and told they had no other rooms. Unfortunately we saw a traveler walk in and booked the same type of room on a higher floor that had been renovated. So much for being a long time Hilton Honors member. When we confronted the front desk clerk he acquiesced and apologized and put us in a renovated room (not complete) on a higher floor. At least it was clean and away from the din of the hammers. Pool closed and elevators were being accessed by workers with building materials. We waited 15 minutes to get into an elevator to get upstairs. Thank goodness we got up early to get out of there as the water turned off at 8:00. No showers or flushing. A complete and utter disaster and disappointment as we have stayed there numerous times in the past. Never again. I feel for the staff as they were taking the brunt of all the complaints from patrons and they were numerous. Not their fault. The Hilton family should be ashamed that this is how they treat customers. Certainly not the cute TV commercials that featuring Paris, her pup and numerous sets of luggage. I can almost guarantee her pup would set foot on the dirty carpets or furniture. Pretty confident, Im crossing Hiltons off my places to stay when we travel. I would suggest Hilton reconsiders their policy of not posting on their websites that the hotel is undergoing renovations, nor would I put anyone in the rooms that had not been updated.
