McDonald's

Mickeys in Richlands is always fast and the employees are polite and accurate. That darn ice cream machine never works (; The app works great and I always have a great experience. My new thing is getting a McDouble no mustard or Catsup but add Big Mac sauce. Try it. Youll thank me later.

This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. I travel a lot so that's saying something. I am very particular about the shape my food is in when I get it. This place does everything perfectly. The staff has to be the nicest I have ever met. To top it off, they do sweet tea right. My new favorite McDonald's.

They screw up our order every time we come here. They did it again today. Smh this is why I wait months to try this place. They dont care. And they park you so their time on serving is fast even though it is not.

Fast service but incorrect orders. The hot chocolate for my daughter was just hot milk and the coffee was absolutely just hot water. Very disappointed

We came here to pick up some dinner. There was a line for the drive-thru but, there was no line in the restaurant. There were a few people eating in restaurant. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to acknowledge us because they were doing other things. When we finally got our order taken, they were friendly. However, I would agree to other reviewers, I ordered a 20 pieces and so did my dining mates and each one us didn't get 20 pieces. I feel like this has been a common theme at most fast food places.
