Truly Clear Dog Training

Phenomenal dog training! I have an older great dane, and Tom understood what my dogs and my needs were. He was patient and incredibly personable. The whole experience was easy, fun, and incredibly insightful. They are truly there to help you to work with your dog. Using their advice and knowing that they are always there if I need help is a solid foundation to being safe and happy with my dog.

Beyond happy with Truly Clear Dog Training! Training set for our dogs specific needs, knowledgeable, patient, and so kind!!!! Our dogs learned so much! My husband and I did too!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Tom and Cassie have been fantastic with us and our pup Sadie. They listened to our concerns and needs and developed a plan to meet us where we were. Tom came to us to assist with in-home and perimeter issues and never left before we were totally confident to carry on by ourselves. He gave us numerous tools to work with and was patient with us as we learned how to best use them. Cassie and Tom are a fabulous team and we finished every session feeling as though Truly Clear Dog Training truly cared about us and our goals for Sadie. They made us feel like the priority every time we were together. And...the follow up group training is icing on the cake. We love them and think you will too! 100% recommend!

I went for an evaluation in November and immediately recognized that Tom and Cassie are amazing people. I cried (happy tears) every time I left their house because it was unbelievable to see the transformation that Franklin, my Bernese Mountain Dog, and Teddy, my Newfoundland, have undergone. Now, they no longer attempt to jump out of the car window or bark at everything on the road. They lay down peacefully during car rides. Tom even found a set of accordion stairs for them to get in and out of the car, which is so much better than lifting them!" I used to dread taking my dogs for a walk because it always turned into chaos. But now, thanks to Tom's training, we can walk downtown in New Bern and even pass by other dogs in my neighborhood with no issues. Tom also trained Franklin to be my service dog and Teddy as an emotional support animal for my job as a therapist. I appreciated how often Cassie sent updates, pictures, and videos of my dogs during their training sessions and when they were just "giant floofs." Throughout the process, I felt comfortable knowing that Teddy and Franklin were in good hands and that Cassie and Tom were making them feel like part of their pack. The entire experience exceeded what I thought was possible and it has already made our lives better. Thank you Tom and Cassie and we will see you in group classes!
