My kids have been with same dr since 2007. She moved to this office and ever since we have had nothing but issues. They are constantly canceling appts either day of or day before. We live a hour away and have drove there just for them to say the Dr cant see patients. My kids yearly checkups are way behind. For instance my son birthday is in July and yearly checkup is in April cause they keep canceling them. They have canceled my sons appt 4 times. My daughters was canceled 2 times as well. I would not this place at all. Rude and dont accommodate their patients at all.

Terrible customer service. Sent in a sports physical form on 1/15, had called several times in last few weeks to get status of it. I was even told it was marked urgent, what a joke. Talked to someone rude on Friday, told me the "time had not expired" for the doctor to complete in 10 days, went as far as to say it was business days like I didn't know that - would be done by 1/29 also said doctor was busy with more important matters/papers. I call back 1/30 and was told AGAIN the form was still not ready that the doctor had to leave early the day before. Pick up the paper and after I leave realize they didn't even fill out the paper I sent them. Filled out a high school form for a 4th grader. My kids have been coming to this office 10 years or so and none of the patient care staff doctors or nurses is the same even from the last time they were there last year. Poor management.

No matter what time of the day you will sit and sit and sit in your room waiting on the doctor . the wait is ridiculous even when noone is here and they never turn their phones on in the morning

Visited with Dr. Gosrani for our newborns checkup. We couldnt have asked for a better doctor. She was a perfect mix of kind, straightforward and well versed in her field. She made a point to ensure that we had all of the information we needed for our baby. You guys are fantastic, keep up the great service!
