Called to have a 360 ft well pulled for a older lady that dosent have anyone. I was going to pay for having the pump pulled and do the repair for free so so lady can have water in her home. ( she raised a family and took care of people her whole life and dosent have the basic need of water ). I called Action Well Pump to pull the pump and they said they dont have time for it. The lady on the phone was rude and said if they cant do the whole job that they "dont have time for that" excuse me but pulling the pump is the job. I feel sorry for the guys doing the work to have missed making all the money with none of the liability or warranty. Action Well Pump should find someone more social and less abrasive to handle the appts.

The guys were very helpful. This is my second time using them and they arent all about the money and trying to get you. Very honest people. Highly recommend them.
