I go here regularly for my oil change and they are fantastic! They take good care of you and make sure things are right. Very honest team that works together well!

Auto center is a joke! My son took his car to get a patch and AFTER they removed the tire off the rim and took the screw out they said they couldnt work on it because it was an after market wheel! They tried telling him they didnt even put it on their tire machine which was a lie.my son has video proof of them doing it. They told him he had to sign his name on a blank piece of paper before they would plug it or get it inflated. He didnt want to but they told him they would leave it in the parking lot on a flat! The the so called manager is the person that said that.he wouldnt even give my son his name and didnt have a name tag. The lady that works in the tire center said she would make sure he couldnt get a tire from any other walmart. Told him to leave and he barely made it down the road!!!!

Purchased new tires and made an appointment a month or so ago to get them put on. A week or so before my appt, i heard so many horror stories of ppl getting work done here so i decided to cancel/refund my order for the tires and cancel my appt as well. Tried calling the randleman auto center 2-3 times a day with no answer so decided to go up there and cancel/get refund in person. No one could help me and one of the employees made me call the 1-800-WALMART number and speak with them. Talked to 2 individuals stating that i cannot cancel the tires since they were already delivered but could cancel appt and after 10 days of not picking up tires, they would be returned to sender and an automatic refund would be issued. It's been almost a month since and i was refunded for only one tire instead of all four. If i could give 0/5 stars i would. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
